Public Purpose Statement

The purpose of the district is to promote the common interests of the people of the county and to provide for the collection and disposal of solid waste through the levying of fees, charges and special assessments as provided for herein and to promote the health, welfare, and safety of the citizens and residents of the district by providing for the collection and disposal of solid waste through regulated services.
